Payments

We do not accept cash from the customers and only Branch managers have the authority to accept cash for the products/services but only after getting an approval from the higher management. 

Note: We request the customers not to pay in Cash and if any of our employee is asking for cash please inform the management.

Refund policy

We don’t offer any refund on our products or services as we educate the customers on the benefits of the courses before accepting the fee.  Any change in the course schedule will be informed to the students but doesn’t qualify for any refund. 

Complaints

All the customers who face any problem with the products or services can be reported to support@gradclinic.com.
